1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and p7ppp (hereinafter "p7ppp", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the p7ppp website at https://p7ppp.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any product offered by the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

p7ppp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice to individual users, though we will endeavour to post prominent notice of material changes on the Platform homepage. The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision took effect. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all disputes and interpretations.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and p7ppp regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior arrangements, representations, or understandings between the parties.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access real-money games and sports betting on p7ppp, you must register a player account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility criteria and conditions.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible to register a p7ppp account only if you meet ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of p7ppp, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed p7ppp account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from p7ppp or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You agree not to provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process. p7ppp reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of registration details at any time.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on p7ppp. Creating or attempting to create more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, p7ppp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any balances derived from bonus funds or funds deposited into the duplicate account.

2.4 Account Accuracy and Updates

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. p7ppp accepts no liability for service disruptions, failed payments, or delayed withdrawals caused by outdated account information provided by the player.

3 Age Restriction and Verification

3.1 Age Verification Checks

p7ppp applies age verification checks as part of the registration process and at any subsequent point deemed necessary. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm your age and identity:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (NID)
• A valid passport
• A valid driving licence
• A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months confirming your residential address

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by p7ppp will result in the suspension of your account and any pending withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is completed. p7ppp reserves the right to permanently close an account where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.

3.2 Consequences of Underage Gambling

If it is determined at any time that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of play, p7ppp will: (a) immediately close the account; (b) void all bets placed while underage; (c) return deposits made by the underage player where reasonably practicable, net of any withdrawals already made; and (d) report the matter to appropriate authorities if required by law. No winnings generated during the underage period will be paid out.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

p7ppp supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and BTC. All payment methods are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account, wallet, or card held by another person — are strictly prohibited. p7ppp reserves the right to void any funds deposited from a third-party source and to close the associated account.

Deposits are credited to your p7ppp account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. For cryptocurrency deposits, the BDT equivalent is calculated based on the market rate at the moment the blockchain confirmation is received. p7ppp does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits are subject to change without advance notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, p7ppp may process the withdrawal via an alternative method after verifying ownership.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, p7ppp may require completion of identity verification (KYC) including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals requested prior to completing KYC will be placed on hold until all required documentation is approved.

p7ppp aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad: Within 30 minutes to 24 hours of approval, subject to network conditions.
• Rocket and Upay: Within 1 to 24 hours of approval.
• USDT and BTC: Within 1 to 6 hours of approval, subject to blockchain network congestion.
• Visa and Mastercard: Within 1 to 5 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing times.

These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. p7ppp accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.3 Fees

p7ppp does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. For cryptocurrency transactions, standard blockchain network fees (gas fees) may apply and are deducted from the transaction amount. Card withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to fees imposed by the issuing bank, for which p7ppp is not responsible.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their p7ppp account originate from lawful sources. p7ppp is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. p7ppp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to suspend or close accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily established.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

p7ppp offers a variety of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by p7ppp are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or in some cases the combined deposit and bonus amount) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are as follows, though these may vary per promotion:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
• Crash games (Aviator and similar): 50% contribution
• Sports betting: Contribution percentage and minimum odds requirements stated per promotion

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player may be deemed ineligible for a bonus if they have previously abused promotional terms, if their account has been flagged for irregular betting patterns, or if p7ppp determines in its reasonable discretion that the bonus is being sought in bad faith. p7ppp reserves the right to decline to award, withhold, or reclaim any bonus at any time where abuse is suspected.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and associated free spins are valid for the duration specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using p7ppp, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following obligations apply to every registered player at all times.

6.1 General Obligations

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and at any point when requested by p7ppp.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person.
• You must not access or attempt to access any other player's account.
• You must not use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• You must notify p7ppp immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p7ppp and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, age declarations, or financial information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker, or any team-based wagering activity.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party deposits, or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics to extract value without genuine play intent.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, software agents, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software malfunctions, pricing errors, or display errors to place bets at odds or stakes that do not reflect the Platform's intended offering. Any bets placed during a confirmed error are void.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using p7ppp to layer, conceal, or integrate proceeds of crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to p7ppp without first exhausting our dispute resolution process.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where p7ppp determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, p7ppp may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; void all or some bets placed; withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them; withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation; and report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on p7ppp are supplied by certified third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate under that provider's own certified rules and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, which are independently audited for fairness.

7.1 Game Availability

p7ppp reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the lobby at any time without prior notice. Game unavailability due to provider maintenance, technical issues, or licensing requirements does not entitle a player to any compensation.

7.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or technical error that affects the outcome of a bet, p7ppp reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. p7ppp's decision on matters relating to game malfunctions is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is lost during an active game round, the game will be resolved according to the provider's standard disconnection rules. For most casino games, the round will complete and the result will be recorded. For live sports bets, the bet will stand unless the underlying sporting event is subsequently voided. p7ppp is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side and will not compensate for losses attributable to player-side disconnections.

7.4 Sportsbook Rules

Sports betting markets on p7ppp are governed by the sportsbook rules posted within the sports section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general game rules and sportsbook-specific rules, the sportsbook rules shall prevail for sports betting products. Key principles include:

• All bets are accepted subject to sufficient liquidity in the relevant market at the time the bet is placed.
• In-play bets are accepted based on the odds and market state at the precise moment the bet is confirmed — not the moment it is submitted. Network latency may result in a small discrepancy between the odds displayed and those at which the bet is ultimately confirmed.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or cancelled, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the sportsbook rules for that sport.
• Cricket bets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) are subject to the specific cricket betting rules posted in the sportsbook section.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your p7ppp account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be processed in the normal course. Once an account is closed at the player's request, the player may re-register a new account unless a self-exclusion has been applied.

8.2 Temporary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard. During a temporary self-exclusion, the account is locked and login is not possible. At the end of the chosen exclusion period, the account is automatically reactivated unless the player has requested an extension or permanent exclusion.

8.3 Permanent Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from p7ppp must contact the support team and request a permanent self-exclusion. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, the account will be closed and the player will be prevented from opening a new account using the same identity details. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. p7ppp encourages any player struggling with gambling-related harm to use this option and to seek independent support from a qualified counselling service.

8.4 Closure by p7ppp

p7ppp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Confirmed underage access
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward p7ppp staff or other players
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities

In the event of account closure for cause, p7ppp reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms no wrongdoing on the part of the player, the net real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recent qualifying payment method.

8.5 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. p7ppp will notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee of ৳500 BDT equivalent per month (or the remaining account balance if lower). Players who wish to reactivate an inactive account should contact support before the balance reaches zero. An account with a zero balance that remains inactive for a further 12 months following the commencement of inactivity fees will be permanently closed.
